Dollar Tree
The Crowbar Awards wanted a campaign that proved Dollar Tree showed up for Gen Z during the the most frustrating, anxiety-inducing, bank-account-busting time of the year, AKA the holidays.
Since Kris Kringle had a nasty habit of making Gen Z feel like a ho ho ho when they actually needed for him for cheap presents or last-second decorations, we created Spruce Scrimple, a holiday legend who isn't make-believe. He's make-it-happen.
